Blue Toby pet beds and accessories are shipped via USPS or ground carriers in the US.

To remove hair, simply brush the cover or use a tape roller.

• Reversible Slipcovers, blankets, pillow covers, and bolster covers can all be machine or hand washed using cold water and gentle detergent. Dry on low or hang dry.
• The Mattress Cover is made of upholstery fabric like a piece of furniture and is not intended for machine washing. Simply wipe off any dirt with a wet rag. It is important that you always keep the Reversible Slipcover on the bed
  to protect the mattress.
